About RTE MAHARASHTRA ADMISSION 

The Right to Education (RTE) Act is a law passed by the Parliament of India on August 2009 which describes the importance of free and compulsory education for children aged 6. 6. 1 in India under Article 21 a of the Constitution of India.

The law stipulates education as a fundamental right of every child between the ages of 6 and 1 and defines the minimum requirements for primary school. It obliges all private schools to reserve 25 percent of places for children (the money is reimbursed by the state as part of the public-private partnership scheme). Children are admitted to private schools on the basis of economic status or caste-based reservation. It also prohibits all unrecognized schools from practicing and does not provide for grant or equity fees or interview of child or parents for admission. The law also stipulates that no child can be detained, excluded or required to pass a driving test before completing basic education. Special education is also given to school leavers to bring them up to the same level as students of the same age.

What is the purpose of RTE ?

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया

आर.टी.ई. २५% आरक्षण प्रवेश प्रक्रिया (ऑनलाईन अर्ज)

भाग १ : शाळा
२५% मोफत प्रवेश प्रक्रिया २०१५-१६ या शैक्षणिकवर्षासाठी प्रवेश पात्र शाळांनीखाली दिलेली माहिती अचूक भरून आपल्या विभागातील प्राधिकृत यांजकडूनतपासून घ्यावी मगच आपल्या शाळेची नोंदणी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होईल.
अ) शाळेची संपर्कासाठीची माहिती
ब) प्रवेशासाठी आवश्यक वयोगट माहिती.
क) प्रवेश वर्ग आणि ई.१ ली च्या वर्गाचा पट(३० सप्टे. २०१४),प्रवेश क्षमता, आणि २५% प्रवेशासाठीरिक्त जागा
ड) गुगल नकाशामध्ये आपल्या शाळेचे अचूक स्थान

भाग २ : बालक
पुढे दिलेल्या सूचनावाचून काळजीपूर्वकअर्ज भरावा.
१) प्रथम अर्ज नोंदणी करावी .मग आपल्याला अर्ज क्रमांक व पासवर्ड मोबाईलवरप्राप्त होईल.
२) बालकाची व पालकाची सर्व माहिती अचूक आणि खरी भरावी
३) आपल्या परिसरातील १ किंवा ३ किलोमीटर शाळा दिसत असल्यास नी क्लिक करावी.
४) बालकाच्या प्रवेशवर्गाचे नाव लिहावे.
५) शाळा क्लिक झाल्यास आवश्यक ती सर्व कागद पत्रे अपलोड करावीत.
६) सर्व प्रक्रिया पूर्ण केल्याची खात्री झाल्यावर मगच अर्ज कन्फर्म करावा
७) अर्ज कन्फर्म झाल्यावर त्याची प्रिंट काढून,आवश्यक त्या सर्व कागदपत्रांसह आपल्याजवळील मदत केंद्रावर जाऊन आपला अर्ज बरोबर भरला याची खात्री करून घेणे गरजेचे आहे.मदत केंद्रावरील अधिकारी आपला अर्ज बरोबर असल्याची खात्री करून देतील .व आपला अर्ज लॉटरी प्रक्रियेसाठी योग्य असल्याचे सांगतील

भाग ३ : सोडत
१) शाळेच्या प्रवेशस्थर वर्गाची प्रवेश क्षमता जास्त असेल आणि शाळेकडे कमी प्रवेशपात्र अर्ज आले असतील तर शाळा सर्व अर्जांना प्रवेश देईल.
२) शाळेकडे (शाळेची) प्रवेश क्षमता कमी असेल तर जिल्ह्याचे प्राथमिक शिक्षण अधिकारी यांच्या द्वारा लॉटरी पद्धतीने ड्रॉ काढून प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबविली जाईल.
३) निवड झालेली यादी येथे प्रकाशित केली जाईल.
४) पालकांनी अर्ज क्रमांक भरून लॉगीन केल्यावर त्यांना यादी दिसेल व अॅडमिट कार्डची प्रिंट काढता येईल.
५) पालकांकडून आवश्यक व योग्य अशा सर्व गोष्टींची पूर्तता करून मगच शाळा प्रवेशपात्र बालकाला प्रवेश देईल.
